CamControl
The unique CamControl provides a direct connection between digital camera and notebook and allows FotoFinder mediscope software to control all camera settings (zoom, flash, exposure, etc.). Per mouse click all images are transferred from camera to notebook and entered into the patient database. For follow-up images, all camera settings are again automatically readjusted to the baseline photo settings. Cosmetic photography cannot get easier!
OverlayFeature “Ghost”
To assure an identical patient position in the follow-up image, FotoFinder mediscope’s ghost feature displays the baseline image as a silhouette in the background of the live preview image on-screen. Thus, you can bring the patient in the very exact position as at the first shooting and you achieve always completely identical before and after images.
UVscan
The unique UVscan uncovers your patient’s sun damages in an impressive way. Per mouse click the regular image is changed into a UV-simulation by a complex algorithm. Easy, fast and without expensive UV-photo equipment.
CompareSwitch
In addition to regular side-by-side comparison CompareSwitch allows you to cross fade two images and scroll from one to the other. A great tool to show your patients what has been accomplished.
MediGrid
With MediGrid's vertical and horizontal lines it's so easy to take images of the chin and neck area without the ChinRest of FotoFinder Portrait Stand.
ReCalibration
Two freehand images (e.g. before and after treatment) taken from different distances can be adjusted in terms of size on-screen and perfectly compared. Cosmetic photography cannot get easier!
ImageEditor
The ImageEditor performs markings, rotations, etc. and allows to directly emphasize details in the image and save them. The system-integrated measurement software Measurepro measures surfaces and distances in the ImageEditor.
QueryGenerator
The flexible search engine allows queries for all combinations of criteria which are available in the database. E.g. a search for all last year’s laser treatment images.
Image Import/Export
Images from different external devices such as digital cameras, video sources, X-ray scanners, ultrasonic instruments, etc. can be quickly imported into the database via an import interface. Images or catalogues can be exported in different file formats, printed with all Windows compatible printers or sent via e-mail. Moreover, the SlideShow function presents selected images on-screen.
